Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.  We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for changes to your appointments and/or cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.

Thus, failure to provide timely notice of cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of $10 for a single service or 10% of the service total, whichever is greater.

Booking Spa Treatments

To ensure the availability of your desired appointment time, we recommend making your reservation well in advance.

A credit card or Gift Card Certificate number will be required at the time of the reservation to hold in the event of late cancellation.  All credit/gift card information is stored off-site in our cloud-based booking software, which employs encryption and other security measures.  DayDreams staff, management, and ownership does not have access to your credit card information.

Health Issues

Please be forthcoming with any personal health issues, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any other serious condition.  Due to specific health problems, some spa treatments could have severe complications. First time guests will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and our professionals may ask additional questions. This information is for your care at DayDreams and protected as highly confidential information.

Arrivals

We encourage our guest to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time to check in, prepare for your treatments, and relax. Late arrivals will result in a shortened spa experience, as your treatment will conclude at the scheduled time. You will be charged full service price.

Attire

A robe, slippers, and locker will be provided for all guests receiving multiple spa treatments. Disposable undergarments are provided for all body treatments for women, but swim suits are suitable as well. Men must wear swim shorts in all body treatments.

Valuables

We ask that you do not bring valuables to the spa as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Cell Phones

For the comfort of others receiving relaxing spa services, cell phones are not permitted in the spa. Phones are permitted in the bath shop.

Children

For the comfort of others receiving relaxing services, children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving spa treatments. Children under the age of 15 years of age must not be left unattended, either in the spa or the bath shop. We ask that small children are not brought into the spa at any time, if not receiving a spa treatment.

Payments

We accept cash, most major credit cards, and personal checks with a valid driver’s license. A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of a la carte spa treatment but are customarily given to acknowledge good service. Although completely discretionary, the typical range is 15-20%, All spa packages include gratuities as stated in the menu.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates/ card sales are final (non-refundable) and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate/card. Gift certificates must be presented at time of redemption. DayDreams is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. No change is given for remaining balances. Gift cards can be used towards spa services or choose from hundreds of products in our Spa Gift Boutique.

Refunds

Unopened retail items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened items purchased within 14 days are refundable for store credit only.
